Below is the list of custom-developed software made freely available by the Nynke Dekker lab. Please acknowledge the laboratory in publications, etc. if you make use of this software.
1. Force analysis for magnetic tweezers
This is the Matlab script for analyzing forces based on the fluctuations of a spherical bead. See also the article by Yu et al. on the Publications page. The script and sample data can be downloaded by clicking this link.
2. CUDA/C++ tracking software
This is the kernel of the software for rapid tracking of spherical beads. See also the article by Cnossen et al. on the Publications page. The software can be downloaded via this link.
3. Magnetic tweezers Labview-based measurement software
This is the Labview-based shell that utilizes the tracking kernel under 2. It provides an interface for use in magnetic tweezers. See also the article by Cnossen et al. on the Publications page. The software can be downloaded via this link.
Disclaimer: please note that the code under items 2,3 is custom written for internal lab use and still may contain bugs; external support cannot be guaranteed. For installing, a user is assumed to be familiar with Labview and C++. After this, basic knowledge of Labview suffices to run the code.
